Her talk “39 Steps to Vibrant Health” is aimed at giving health advice to bring energy and vitality to those who choose to follow the principles explained during her talk. We all know we should drink 8+ glasses of water per day, but when should we drink them?

Judi will present a variety of motivating ideas that are simple, cost effective solutions to promote vibrant health. She will help those listening to gain an increased awareness of what helps and what hinders achieving good health. Knowledge is power.
