Angela is the owner/manager of the Configure Express Women’s Gym in Albany. She is a mother of 2 (almost 3!). Angela is a NZ trained and Registered Physiotherapist and personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
Her mission within the gym industry is to open up a non-threatening exercise environment for North Shore, Rodney and Hibiscus Coast Women and get more women involved in safe, sensible and sustainable exercise.
